Tmat *Early Release* Ramp Kit with 2 Handles, 48" Total Length
Ships in 2-4 weeks.
Early Release - These are 3D-printed ABS parts in the final round of testing and will ship separately. If you are not satisfied, they can be returned for a refund within 30 days.
These 2" ramps make sliding cargo across your tailgate and unto Tmat even easier. A pair of handle cut-outs on the ramp assist in sliding Tmat out of your truck bed and onto the tailgate.
Ramp sections are 6" long and 2" wide with female notches.
Fitment:
This kit is not compatible with most midsize truck beds under 5'2" without cutting or modifying the panels as the addition of this kit does not leave space for the tailgate to close. Truck beds over 5'2" will have no problem.
You must have at least 2" of space (the width of a Tmat strip) between Tmat and your tailgate. Install may require you to change the orientation of your Tmat notches and/or strips running lengthwise down your bed. Please contact us for additional questions or concerns about fitment and sizing.
Kit includes:
- 6" x 2" Ramp Strips (x6)
- 6" x 2" Ramp Strips with Handles (x2)

Good product needs some fine tuning
I know this is a new product so ill be gentle. Assembly gets an A+ As far as the fit, i am installing on a 2023 Chevy Silverado 1500 short bed 5’-9” . If you install it the way they show you every time you turn, even with a load, this will slide 6” to the left or right. Now i know the diagram is a general reference so you will need to customize it. For this install everything i needed was included. See pictures attached for the best way to see what i am talking about. I would like them to make some 6”x4” pieces or some oddball sizes to accommodate some of the gaps. I know each truck is different but this would solve some issues. So to customize i just used my sliding miter saw with a trim blade. If you go slow and methodically you will get a perfect cut. I also see on there web page they have new bucket holders, but cannot find to buy. I will hold off for now on some of the accessories as i see some are just 3D printed to test. Hopefully they will get into better production. Just got this for Christmas so ill have to do an update in the future. SEE PICTURES before and after customization. TOTAL BUILD TIME EVEN WITH CUSTOMIZATION was about 30 minutes.

Hi Kevin, Thank you for the review! It looks like you had the compact truck layout (Tacomas, Rangers, Colorado) but should have received the midsize layout (F150, 1500, Tundras) - very sorry for the mix-up. We will send out extra panels so you can use the fullsize layout without cutting or modifying anything. Kenny
Easy to install and versatile
Amazing and well thought out product. This is an absolute game changer to truck beds everywhere. This product was extremely easy to install. It took me maybe 5 minutes to assemble and form to my bed. The blockers are easy to remove and relocate, yet strong enough to hold products steady and prevent them from shifting. Product is maybe an inch and a half in height, so you're not losing much vertical space. I recommend this product to everyone.
Very useful
I like the organizer system. Requires some modification to get the ramps to fit in a tacoma but it is great to use

Hi Aamir, Sorry that the ramps did not fit your (long bed?) Tacoma. We’ve just refunded them - no need to ship back. The ramps do require an extra 2” of spacing, or trimming panels down. We will work to better explain this on the product information. Thank you again for the feedback! Kenny
